They provide award-winning personal, commercial and specialty insurance products and services direct-to-customers, via brokers and affinity partners.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for Documentation Administration Assistant for 4-monthcontract based inLiverpool. This will be hybrid role with at least 2 days' work from office each week.

Job description - the role

Purpose of the Role:

You will spend your time reviewing PDF documents and, where appropriate, editing them to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements. You will update a tracking log as each file is reviewed and complete the work in adherence to the deadline. This role presents a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a team whilst also being a self- starter who is organised and wants to make a difference. Attention to detail and the ability to keep focus while completing a repetitive task is vital to the role.

As a Documentation Administration Assistant,you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and maintenance of employee documents in line with GDPR and the retention schedule. Where issues arise, able to identify root cause and propose fixes as needed.
  • Following agreed processes, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and service standards are met. Apply judgement to ensure consistent application of GDPR legislation to ensure that each employee file only includes data in relation to the specified employee.
  • Identifying any gaps in processes or inaccuracies and corrects / proposes documented process to fill the gap as required.
  • Performing the relevant quality checks in line with the designated framework.





Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

What we require from the candidate:

  • Confident and experienced user of Adobe (Editor) and Excel.
  • Ability to operate within defined governance approach ensuring all outputs are delivered to a high standard.
  • Comfortable to plan own workload and priorities • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Awareness and understanding of GDPR legislation.
